At Art By Chelseaa, we take great care in creating and delivering high-quality art prints. We want you to love your purchase! If you have any issues with your order, please review our return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
• All sales are final: Due to the nature of art prints, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Damaged or defective items: If your print arrives damaged or there is a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund.
• Incorrect orders: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days so we can correct the mistake.
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or personalized prints
• Digital downloads
• Items that have been altered, framed, or displayed
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we review your claim for a damaged or incorrect item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to carrier issues. However, if your package is missing, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
